About Nuclear Forum
Naturally, the current public debate focuses mainly on nuclear energy. As an industry federation, we represent the interests of the entire sector and our members.
It is therefore essential for us to closely follow political developments at European and federal level, as well as regionally in Flanders and Wallonia. Policy decisions at each of these levels can have a significant impact on the future and further development of nuclear energy in Belgium.

The challenge
Political monitoring was initially carried out entirely manually. This was not always straightforward, as government websites are often neither particularly user-friendly nor easy to navigate.
Email updates
For me, email alerts are the most important feature. I do not have time to keep opening Polpo or other sources to see what is being said. Updates need to arrive directly in my inbox so that I can quickly assess whether something requires action. That is why the alerts are essential to me. It is enough for an alert to indicate which page or document mentions a topic. We can assess the broader context ourselves and decide whether any further action is needed.
- Choose the topics that matter most to you to stay informed.
- Select instant, daily or weekly updates depending on the topic.
- Save time through automation.
Bookmarks
- Bookmarks based on your search queries.
- AI-generated document summaries.
- Suggestions for the pages most relevant to you.

What makes Polpo special
“The biggest benefit Polpo gives us is time savings: at a glance, I now have enough information about who, what, how and why. After that, it is up to us to take further action if necessary.”
“Without Polpo’s real-time alerts, I would never have been able to prepare well enough. Fortunately, I already knew what was happening beforehand, which made me the best-informed person in the room.”

“It is great that we can help Nuclear Forum with its monitoring. This perfectly illustrates how industry associations benefit from automated monitoring.”
