Your agenda always up-to-date

With the Agenda Dashboard, you can track the agendas of plenary sessions and committee meetings of the House of Representatives. This module enables you to perform specific searches to identify meetings related to your topics of interest.

Save your searches and receive meeting schedules directly via email! You can also easily sync the agendas with your Outlook calendar. This way, you stay informed about the most relevant political meetings for you.

Integration

The agenda module can be integrated with Outlook, ensuring that meetings are automatically synced to your personal calendar. This integration also updates your calendar if meetings are rescheduled, keeping you informed at all times.

Filters

You can select which committees you want to follow, ensuring you only see meetings relevant to you. Additionally, you can view the agenda by month, week, or day. The week and day views also show the time allocated for each meeting.

Discussion Lists and Documents

Clicking on a meeting automatically takes you to the agenda for that meeting, which includes the discussion list and links to the relevant documents. This allows you to prepare for meetings directly from the agenda module.

Export to Excel

The export function allows you to generate a convenient overview of all meetings related to your themes in an Excel format.
