Job Profile

To help our clients get the most out of Polpo and to offer them the best customer experience, we are looking for a Sales and Account Manager for Belgium. Someone who’s hands-on, knows how to take excellent care of clients, and can excite new customers in Belgium! You’ll have a lot of freedom to shape your own approach.

You’ll be responsible for training new and existing clients in using the platform, managing these relationships, and serving as the main point of contact for both internal and external questions. You’ll also spot opportunities to grow existing and new accounts. As Sales and Account Manager Belgium, you know your clients inside out and manage your own portfolio.

How You Strengthen Our Team

  • You’re from Belgium or have strong knowledge of Belgian politics
  • You’re Dutch speaking
  • You have a university-level degree—or can explain why you think at that level without one
  • You have 0–3 years of work experience
  • You have experience in customer service or client-facing roles
  • You have an energetic and flexible attitude
  • You enjoy working with innovative software solutions
  • Experience or affinity with politics is a big plus
