Create lists easily

The newsletter module allows you to build a personal archive in Polpo of your most important dossiers, containing only the updates you wish to save.

You can also quickly turn a list into a newsletter, which can be sent via email. You can add notes to updates from Polpo and even include your own updates. This makes it easy and efficient to keep your stakeholders informed.

Lists

Keep track of the updates that matter most to you. These can be updates from your Polpo searches, which you can add to a list with a single click, or updates you create yourself and save to the list. This way, your personal archive is always within reach.

Archive

Lists that you no longer actively use can be archived in your personal archive. You can revisit them later or reactivate them as needed.

Newsletter

You can easily create a newsletter from a list, including updates from Polpo and updates you have added yourself. To create a newsletter, select which updates from the list you want to include, whether they are from Polpo searches or your own contributions. You can then send the newsletter using Outlook.
