Job Profile

Polpo’s political monitor scans 24/7 all messages from the Dutch Parliament, the Government, the European Parliament, advocacy groups, and much more! This ensures that connected organizations are always up-to-date on the latest developments, which is often crucial for smooth operations, especially in today’s fast-changing environment.

To support our clients in making the best use of Polpo and to deliver an exceptional customer experience, we are looking for a Sales and Account Manager—a proactive professional who knows how to fully support clients and inspire new ones! You’ll have the freedom to develop your own approach to achieve this.

Your responsibilities will include training new and existing clients on using the platform, managing relationships, and serving as the point of contact for internal and external questions. You will also identify opportunities to expand existing and new accounts. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will know your clients inside and out, managing your own portfolio effectively.

How You Strengthen Our Team

  • Sharp analytical skills. You have a degree at HBO (higher professional education) level or can explain how your experience matches this level of thinking;
  • 0-3 years of work experience;
  • At least one year of experience in sales and account management or customer relationship management;
  • An energetic and flexible attitude;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • A high level of stress resilience to thrive in Polpo’s fast-paced growth environment;
  • Experience or affinity with politics is a big plus.
